ServeMinnesota works with AmeriCorps members and community partners to meet critical needs throughout Minnesota. We address issues that Minnesotans care about in educational achievement, economic opportunity, climate mitigation and environmental stewardship, recovery from substance use disorders, public health, and more.

As the state’s administrator and central hub for federal AmeriCorps funds, we manage a portfolio of AmeriCorps programs with more than 2,000 AmeriCorps members serving at organizations across the state every year. ServeMinnesota trains, supports, and monitors these programs to ensure that they adhere to all federal AmeriCorps regulations.

We align the power of AmeriCorps with successful strategies that provide cost-effective solutions and yield measurable results. We apply evidence-based practices and scale what works to increase our impact. We design new strategic initiatives, provide grants to nonprofit organizations and collaborate with partners to address critical issues.
